About the class

As part of SJ50 celebration and the "Itadakimasu" project by Spoonful (Alchemist Pte Ltd) that aims at introducing both Singaporean and Japanese culinary culture to each other, let's cook out using Miso!

Also 24th Nov is a day of "Washoku(Japanese Cuisine)", let's celebrate the special day together!

The culinary instructor Naomi will demonstrate how to make the “Miso” and she’ll talk about the benefits of associate Miso in your dishes.

Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and koji and sometimes rice, barley, or other ingredients

-Miso Dip for appetizer

-Miso Marinated Chicken Grill

-Miso Nikomi Udon (Udon in a thick Miso Soup)

About the Instructor
Naomi taught home style Japanese cooking at her home studio and at major Japanese Cooking studio in Hong Kong before moving to Singapore.
After working at popular Japanese restaurant in Singapore, she joined team Spoonful to be a Japanese cooking instructor. Now she enjoys teaching numerous fine, healthy home style cooking to Spoonful members!
